Terms and Conditions for The Ironing Man
1. Introduction
- Welcome to The Ironing Man! We’re dedicated to providing you with top-notch ironing and laundry services. By choosing us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
- At The Ironing Man, we specialize in ironing and laundry services, ensuring your garments receive the best care. Our laundry is washed exactly as provided, in the original bags, and we do not separate items.
3. Pricing
- Our pricing for ironing is based on weight, with charges rounded up to the nearest half a kilogram. A detailed price list is available upon request, and we will inform you of any pricing changes ahead of time.
4. Operating Hours
- We’re here to serve you from Sunday to Thursday. Orders received on other days will be processed starting on our next operating day.
5. Collection and Delivery
- We aim to deliver your freshly ironed items within 24 hours, depending on your location. If no one is home at the scheduled collection time, we reserve the right to charge a fee for redelivery.
6. Laundry Process
- All laundry is washed at a standard temperature of 40 degrees and immediately dried after washing. Our irons do not have heat temperature settings, ensuring they won’t burn your garments.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of our services. We accept a variety of payment methods. Please be aware that late payments may incur an additional fee.
8. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please do so with at least 24 hours.
9. Liability
- We take great care with your items but cannot be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside of our control. We recommend that customers make sure there garments are in a zipped bag and not overflowing.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate information about your garments with any specifations wrote out on your label or in notes section of your order, including any special care instructions. We will wash items as received, so please ensure they are appropriate for our standard washing process.
11. Complaints
- If you encounter any issues with our services, please contact us within 7 days after service completion. We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly.
12. Data Protection
- Your privacy matters to us. We manage your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Customers will be notified of any major changes before their next order.
